When you need a panel upgrade, NexAir Dave will fly your airplane to one of our facilities where the NexAir team will perform your requested services. You’ll avoid missing work or using vacation days to manage your plane.
The best part is, Dave will have the opportunity to personally evaluate your airplane, systems, and avionics during his flight to NexAir. So any squawks you’ve described, and some you’ve never uncovered, will be evaluated under actual operating conditions. Airframe rigging, flight control harmonies, autopilot performance, navigational system’s accuracy and reliability, communication system’s reach and clarity, etc. Any lessons Dave learns during the flight to NexAir can become part of your plane’s optimization during its visit to NexAir.
Upon completion, Dave will fly your plane back to you.

How’s the Concierge Service work?
When you need a panel upgrade, NexAir Dave will fly your airplane to one of our facilities where the NexAir team will perform your panel upgrade. During the inbound flight Dave will thoroughly evaluate your airplane for any squawks you’ve described, and likely some you’ve never uncovered, under actual operating conditions. Upon completion of your work at NexAir, Dave will fly your plane back to you.
What’s your schedule look like?
We book on demand as a function of our workload and capacity. Please use the appropriate NexAir contact form to either Request A Quote for a panel or avionics upgrade, or Request A Repair. Our scheduler will reach back to you so that we can schedule your NexAir panel upgrade.
Who are NexAir’s ferry pilot’s?

What’s it cost?
We charge for expenses, including commercial airfare and hotel/meals costs on the way out to get your plane, and on the way back after we deliver your plane. Otherwise, NexAir’s Concierge service is free for all qualifying major installations, typically full panel upgrades.
