$42,500 Flyaway Special

540/440 Package: IFD540 / 440 / AXP322 / SkyTrax 100B

This package will remove your Garmin 430s and Garmin GTX327 transponder and replace them with a new Avidyne IFD540, IFD440 and remote APX322 ADS-B Out transponder. For customers that place scheduling deposits by November 15th, NexAir will include a free Avidyne SkyTrax 100 ADS-B receiver displaying FIS-B weather on your IFD540 and IFD540 (anticipated year end SW update will add FIS-B display on the EX5000), and TIS-B traffic on your EX5000 MFD. Your aircraft will have all the latest technology, be fully ADS-B compliant, and display free traffic and weather on your MFD. (Add $8,000 if trading non-WAAS GNS 430s.)

$13,000: Add an Avidyne DFC90 Attitude-Based Digital Autopilot. The DFC90 lets you take advantage of flight envelope protection — which limits the risk of an inadvertent stall or over speed event. The Straight & Level button can be a true lifeline should you ever experience spatial disorientation. The DFC90 is attitude based, so it’s very smooth on the flight controls, which any Cirrus pilot and their passengers will appreciate. No more hunting or porpoising on final and no more overshoots during intercepts.

All Avidyne DFC90 Upgrades now include a 1 year AeroPlan Warranty that covers the Avidyne PFD and MFD as well as the DFC90. NexAir has a rotable pool of reconditioned PFDs to minimize aircraft down time.

Avidyne has released new pricing that allows us to offer this package which will remove your Garmin 430Ws and replace them with dual Avidyne IFD440s. (Add $8,000 if trading non-WAAS GNS 430s.)

$7,500: Add an Avidyne AXP340 Mode S Transponder with ADS-B Out. The AXP340 transponder is a panel-mounted Class 1 Mode S Level 2 Datalink Transponder, with support for 1090MHz Extended Squitter (ES), that meets all the current requirements for Mode S elementary surveillance transponders for both IFR and VFR flight. The AXP340 provides additional features, including a Direct-entry Numeric Keypad, Pressure Altitude & GPS Lat/Lon readout, Flight ID entry, one-touch VFR code entry, an easy-to-use Stop Watch Timer, Flight Timer, and Altitude Alerter.

Restrictions

Prices assume the trade in of GNS 430W WAAS units. When trading in non-WAAS GNS 430s, additional charges described above will apply. When trading in non-WAAS GNS 430s, the existing PFD needs to be at release 7 or above for the IFD WAAS upgrades to work. Prices assume trade in of all removed equipment. Prices include installation for most General Aviation singles and twins. Additional charges may apply for unusually complex installations. All trade in equipment is subject to evaluation by NexAir and must be installed and working in good serviceable condition with at least one database card per GNS 430. The following Garmin products are eligible for upgrade discounts.
