Mansfield Landing — Growing For Today and Tomorrow
In 2005 NexAir established Mansfield Landing, located on the east side of Runway 22, to provide new hangar and tie-down facilities at Mansfield Airport (1B9) and to handle our growing business. The area consists of two corporate hangars, 18 T-hangars and 25 aircraft tiedown spaces.

At Mansfield Landing we’ve not only built hangars, we’ve established a community of pilots who share our love for aviation and will do so for years to come. Come by and check out our plans and progress.
Modern, Heated T-Hangars with Bi-fold Electric Doors
At this time, all of the hangars are occupied. However, if you would like to put your name on the hangar waiting list, please give us a call. Sometimes our occupants spend their winters in Florida, so you may be able to use a hangar for a short-term seasonal rental.
Tiedowns Available with and without Electricity
Mansfield Landing has tiedowns available at $70 per month without electricity or $75 with electricity. Please call the office if you are interested in renting, or drop by for a visit.
Pilot Lounge
Hangar and tiedown tenants are welcome to use the Pilot Lounge at Mansfield Landing. The Pilot Lounge features secure WiFi, a WX planning station, HDTV, chilled bottled water, air conditioning, and comfortable lounge seating.
The Future
In the near future we hope to be adding a full-service FBO facility and a major hangar facility for handling corporate aircraft.
